Directory Submission Guidelines
The LenderNews Directory is a web directory of established, U.S. based companies that support mortgage lending operations. We pride ourselves on being highly selective, and we do not accept all sites and/or companies.
In order to maintain the high standard of our directory we have set up policies for submitting sites for our consideration. We may reject, delete, or edit submissions to the directory. Please follow our instructions to properly submit a site; failure to do so generally will result in the rejection of a submission.
Submission Policies:
- Submit your company to just one category.
- Choose the category that best describes your company.
- Currently, we are only accepting correspondent lenders for the LenderNews category ‘Lenders.’
- A site submitted to an inappropriate category will be rejected.
- The use of all caps for either the Company Name or Company Description will result in rejection of the submission.
- The Company Name field and Company Description field must be filled, if left blank the submission will be rejected.
- Keyword stuffing in the Company Description field will result in your submission being automatically rejected.
- Use an appropriate description. (I.e. your products or services.)
- Multiple entries from the same domain will be rejected.
- The Website URL provided must link to your company’s homepage.
- Do not submit sites that are still under construction or contain broken links.
- Do not submit sites that redirect to another site.
- Only companies in the US will be reviewed and listed at this time.
* All sites are reviewed for approval. We reserve the right to not accept websites without explanation.
* We may move your website to a different category at any time without prior notice.
* We reserve the right to delete any listing for any reason at any time.
