Mortgage Machine™ is a lender-hosted LOS designed to support Retail, Wholesale and Correspondent mortgage lending. The Mortgage Machine™ solution supports the entire loan process from initial Lead contact all the way to Post Closing and Investor Purchase. It enables originators, brokers and lenders to access pricing, register and lock loans, submit to underwriting and check loan status throughout the process. Mortgage Machine offers a wide array of integrations for disclosures & closing docs, AUS, flood certification, doc imaging, MERS and more. Robust security features, business rules and reporting features offer flexibility to support various workflow and business models. Rather than offering a pre-packaged solution, Mortgage Machine Services puts the power in the hands of the lender by making the programming code available without requiring the purchase of an expensive software development kit. Lenders can proactively customize the system to meet their organization’s specific needs.

Originally developed as a wholesale integration to Calyx Point, Jeff Bode, the software’s designer, recognized the endless potential for Mortgage Machine and spent nearly a decade expanding the system’s capabilities to support additional business channels. Mortgage Machine is the LOS of record for Mid America Mortgage, Inc. and its family of brands (Mid America Lending, Schmidt Mortgage Company, Legend Lending and 1st Tribal Lending).
