Mortgage Loan Officers that have established builder relationships and are willing to develop new builder relationships have a massive opportunity selling 1st Signature Lending’s one-time close CTP product. If you can answer yes to the following – we want to speak to you immediately:

· Experience working with residential home builders.

· Current Construction to Permanent Loan experience with a track record of success.

· Currently originating CTP mortgages monthly.

· Proven record of building and maintaining business relationships.

· Self-motivated.

· Capable of learning new CTP processes and building processes.

· Experience with Encompass (Loan Origination Software).

· Minimum of 3 years in the mortgage industry.
