Los Angeles based Correspondent Mortgage Lender
We are a Los Angeles based correspondent lender that originates FHA, Conventional, Jumbo, VA, and Non-QM loans. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years’ recent experience in the following: Disclosures, Compliance, Loan Set Up, Loan Opening.
This position is on site in our Los Angeles area office. The ideal candidate must be close to “plug in play,” in most of these roles, meaning a self-starter that that can hit the ground running with a minimal amount of training. Strong knowledge of TRID is required as well, Encompass and Mavent experience is a plus.
