– Evaluate loan applications and determine the creditworthiness of applicants
– Review financial documents, such as income statements and credit reports, to assess the risk involved in granting loans
– Interview loan applicants to gather additional information and clarify any discrepancies
– Analyze loan options and recommend the most suitable loan products to clients
– Prepare loan packages and submit them to underwriters for approval
– Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines
– Maintain accurate records of loan applications and client interactions
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
– Previous experience working in a bank or financial institution is preferred
– Knowledge of escrow processes and procedures is a plus
– Proficient in loan structuring and math calculations
– Familiarity with contract terms and conditions
