Job Post: Operations Manager for Data to Leads

Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and coordinate operational functions related to data brokerage, IT services, and data management
Design and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our data brokerage processes and software solutions
Collaborate with department leaders to align operational strategies with business objectives
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, particularly in relation to data brokerage
Ensure our operational activities align with our mission of providing accurate, effective business and consumer data
Analyze operational data to drive improvements in our data brokerage services and software offerings
Oversee resource allocation and budgeting, with a focus on enhancing our data brokerage capabilities
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven work experience as an operations manager in a data brokerage, software, or data-focused company
Strong understanding of IT services, data management, and business data brokerage operations
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development in the field of data brokerage
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics related to data brokerage
Strong leadership and organizational skills
