Third party indirect lending for Credit Unions.
The Encompass Administrator is responsible for onsite support and administration of Encompass360.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Primary contact for Encompass daily use, maintenance, issues, and updates.
Communicate with IT as needed for changes to the network or issues that may involve the servers.
The liaison between the company, clients, or other software that interfaces with Encompass.
Collaborate with Management and Quality Control to ensure the software is performing with the most current State and Federal Compliance Guidelines
Communicate all updates to the staff and clients that pertain to specific changes.
Ability to make recommendations on changes or improvement with Encompass, procedural or instructional manuals as needed.
Develop and maintain all reporting through Encompass.
OTHER DUTIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Advanced knowledge of the mortgage process from loan origination through processing, underwriting, closing, post-closing and secondary.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to input data accurately, efficiently, and timely.
Must work the days and hours necessary to perform all assigned responsibilities and tasks.
Must be available to communicate with employees, clients, and management as needed.
Maintain courteous, professional, and effective work relationships.
Must be capable of adapting with minimal or no advance notice to change in how business is conducted, and work is accomplished, with no diminishment in work performance.
Actively participate in meetings.
Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring that State and Federal Guidelines are maintained.
May be asked to perform other duties, as necessary.
Experience: 2+ years with Encompass 360 and, or IT support.
Licenses/Certifications: Encompass360 preferred.
Physical Abilities: Working on PC-based software platforms daily.
