Greenbox Loans, Inc. is a national mortgage lender offering Non-QM/Non-Prime loans though our Specialty Lending products as well as Agency and Jumbo products. Greenbox Loans has opportunities for both licensed and non-licensed Sales Executives. Licensed Wholesale Sales Executives will have the ability to originate retail loans in addition to their wholesale production.
Attributes of a successful sales executive; including competitive nature, strong will, self-directed, goal oriented and strong communication skill. A confident personality and currently or previously experienced in wholesale real estate sales. If not currently involved, maintained active relationships with the real estate broker community which could be directed quickly. Experience with conforming loans is not required but advantageous.
-Train brokers on our broker directed pipeline management software allowing for twenty-four hour access to their pipeline for processing
-Source, develop and manage new accounts
-Massage relationships with previous clients lost through previous exposure, confidently present themselves as a viable representative with skill to close
-Mitigate relationships as a problem solver understanding the multi-client facet of the real estate industry
-Product and file flow specialist taking personal responsibility for pipeline management in excess of $15mm while thriving on the fast-paced, multi-task environment
-Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining utmost credibility within the professional community on behalf of Greenbox Loans
-Maintain an updated and accurate database of clients while adhering to company policy and procedure
