PCLender,LLC is passionate about great customer service and support. Mortgage Product Support Specialists provide support to 10 – 20 customers through the entire lifecycle of the contract. This position is responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction levels, resolving issues in a timely manner and maximizing customer utilization/benefit of services from each assigned account. Serving as our customers’ internal advocate, this role ensures internal PCLender resources are used to provide effective and professional support. Must have mortgage banking knowledge and general IT/table relationship understanding; ideal candidates will have experience with the PCLender Loan Origination system.
